On August 11th, the kickoff meeting for the three group standards of the "Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Kickoff Meeting") was held at ALVA Systems' Beijing headquarters in a combination of offline and online formats.

During the kickoff meeting, ALVA Systems, along with the expert group, members of the writing group, and representatives from various enterprises, discussed the scope, plans, and task contents of the three group standards: "Guidelines for the Construction of Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Platforms," "Evaluation and Grading Requirements for Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Platforms," and "Acceptance Specifications for Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching Platforms." They clarified the significance and implementation roadmap of standard development, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent development of virtual simulation experimental teaching platforms.

Director Wu Jiwang, the Chairman of the Standards Committee of the Association of Industry and Education in Chinese Universities, mentioned that the development of the three group standards is the first time that virtual simulation has been incorporated into platform construction. This fills the gap in existing standards and is one of the important initiatives of the Association in promoting the deep integration of industry, academia, and research in Chinese universities.

The Association has also been committed to establishing a comprehensive service platform for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements in universities, and promoting deep cooperation between universities, industry, enterprises, and localities in terms of industry, academia, and research.

He expressed that AR innovative technology is increasingly valuable in addressing the current challenges in education, such as high investment, high losses, high risks, and difficulties in implementation, observation, and replication.

Additionally, he mentioned the special research project on Ayiwa Technology Innovation Education, jointly launched by the Higher Education Research and Development Center of the Ministry of Education.
