ALVA Rainbow
Next-generation enterprise real-time remote guidance platform based on AR technology
As China's industrial digital transformation deepens and advances, there is a continuous increase in demand for versatile, multidimensional, and multi-level skilled talents.
Occupational education, as the "main battlefield" for cultivating talents with industrial digital skills, becomes particularly crucial in determining the education models and methods.
This case study focuses on the digital transformation of modern education. ALVA Systems, in collaboration with TreeRoot Interconnect, is working together to drive the in-depth integration of industry and education, promoting a new era of vocational education reform.
Project Background
Adhering to the positioning of "rooted in industry, serving education," TreeRoot Interconnect continuously explores the direction of talent cultivation and professional development needed for the digital transformation of industrial enterprises.
With its extensive experience in industrial digital practices and core technological expertise in industrial Internet platforms, TreeRoot Interconnect actively collaborates with vocational colleges to promote the digitization transformation of education.
In this collaboration, partnering with ALVA, they are creating an Industrial Augmented Reality (AR) Mixed Reality Training System. By integrating advanced virtual and augmented reality fusion technologies, they aim to visualize industrial digital practices and experiences. This system empowers vocational colleges in teaching and practical training, providing them with more professional and efficient educational resources and tools.
Solution
By leveraging the "Virtual-Reality Interactive Training" feature of the Industrial AR Mixed Reality Training System, students can not only simulate the production process of virtual devices by manipulating a virtual controller but also engage in immersive and interactive preliminary operational learning and training.
More importantly, it enables flexible control of real devices. Students can experience the actual production processes by pulling virtual control levers to drive robots for rotation, grasping, and placement. This practical experience helps students better and faster master operational skills.
Furthermore, maintaining a certain safety distance between the virtual controller and real devices significantly reduces the risk associated with potential errors during operation.
Project Results
By integrating ALVA Systems' advanced AR technology, TreeRoot Interconnect is transforming and upgrading its resources tailored for vocational education use. This transformation aims to diversify the forms of educational resources, make the content more understandable, and ensure safer operations.
Moreover, through continuous and deep collaboration leveraging their respective industry expertise, TreeRoot Interconnect and ALVA Systems are empowering multiple vocational colleges in their digital upgrades for teaching. Together, they are fostering the development of more talents with digital skills that align closely with industry needs.
